Save Our Reno is supportive of candidates who are for responsible and thoughtful developments in our community, which take into consideration appropriate planning, research, and community input.

I am concerned about the development and changes in the City of Reno and Washoe County. The developments are not compatible with the areas, are not compatible with the neighborhoods, and are too dense for the neighborhoods. If you are tired of seeing what is occurring in the City and County, we now have an opportunity to change what is occurring.

There are two candidates who most of us cannot vote for but we can support them by donating to them - and they do need financial help.

Hawah Ahmad is running for County Commission in District 3. There are three democrats in the primary and I have interviewed all three and Hawah is by far the most qualified and knowledgeable candidate.

The second candidate, Megan Ebert, is running against Bonnie Weber for Reno City Council, Ward 4. She is a brave young lady who I also interviewed. Bonnie has a lot of negative baggage.

Both of these candidates need financial support, and of course, if you know any individual in their districts, County Commission District 3 for Hawah and City of Reno Ward 4 for Meghan, please contact them.
